I did know better.... admittedly it was 1.30 AM when I started testing crap..... I got way to caught up in the initial novelty of cloaks.

I went Amarr scout.... I don't necessarily think the Sammari is a bad suit.....just through testing it found that yeah I can have fun Scouting for 1-2 games but beyond that the role is just boring as hell.
I should have goddamn known better too. I should never skill into things that are my own choice.
No we wont get Amarr HAV soon, I will be stuck with 5 million SP to use forever.
Looking back through my character I have so much garbage I should never has skilled into..... I just have to resolve that my 20 Million SP toon is the equivalent of a 15 Million SP toon and can still be beaten by 0SP railgun HAV.....
